Lancaster Orthopedic Group has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Lancaster County since 1985. With 25+ physicians, three locations across the region, and over 75,000 patients served, LOG is the area's most respected orthopedic institution — covering everything from sports medicine and joint replacement to spine care and occupational medicine.

As the practice continued to grow and its communications expanded across digital channels, LOG needed design support that could match the credibility of the care they provide. WisdomDeep was brought in to create advertising, presentation materials, and social media content that could communicate both the warmth of a community practice and the authority of a regional healthcare leader.

Healthcare design demands a different standard.

Medical organisations carry a unique design burden: the work has to be trustworthy enough to influence health decisions, accessible enough to speak to patients across all demographics, and credible enough to reflect a practice that has been the community's first choice for four decades.

LOG serves everyone from young athletes with sports injuries to seniors requiring joint replacement — and their communications need to reach all of them effectively. That demographic span, combined with the high-stakes nature of healthcare decision-making, meant every piece of design had to earn its place.

At the same time, the practice's breadth — eight specialties, an on-site surgery centre, urgent care, physical therapy — required a visual system that could represent each service area with clarity and consistency.
